On April 27, 2011, the A-Engrossed version of House Bill 3516 was published with a legislative recommendation to pass a bill that includes amendments for the protection of federally and locally designated historic properties and districts. Thanks to all who gave comments on the bill and helped shape a compromise between renewable energy systems and the historic fabric that makes Oregon’s communities unique. We will post here if the legislation makes it through the House and Senate.
